Field sprayers
and advantages: The problems we have solved for our clients and their
field sprayers has reduced their chemical usage, spray time and labor cost. When using Agri Ionization System sprayer
units, the first advantage that is noticed is the fact that the tips stop clogging. This descaling is also taking place in
the tank and hoses. The spray now has positive copper ions mixed in with the slurry mix. Plants being negative, there
now is a natural attraction of the spray to the plant and under the canopy of the leaf. This insures a bonding of the slurry
mix to the plant. By this action, the spray will remain on the leaf through rain and foggy days to allow the mix to
do its job. One significant benefit is the reduction of drift in field tests due to the natural attraction and bonding. Tests on sprayer SANDERS LABORATORIES - COPPER
The following
is a summary of the tests we have completed for your company.
Purpose of Study Growers must look at reducing
costs and developing a more profit-oriented approach to managing operations. Reductions in agrichemical inputs is an associated
benefit. Therefore, we tested Copper on a leaf after being sprayed with a copper solution of copper hydroxide and a copper
solution of Electrolytically generated copper ions by the Superior Aqua System.
Results A solution of copper
hydroxide with a copper concentration of 1,100 mg/L was sprayed onto a sample of leaves. The residual copper concentration
on the leaves was 0.250 mg/L. A solution of Electrolytically generated copper ions by the Superior Aqua System with
a copper concentration of 0.370 mg/L was sprayed onto a sample of leaves. The residual copper concentration on the leaves
was 0.0932 mg/L.
Conclusion The Superior Aqua Agricultural System's absorption rate of copper onto the leaves
is higher, due to the highly charged copper ions attraction to the leaves.
Sincerely,
